About the role

The College of Business and Economics is inviting applications for multiple full‑time and part‑time faculty positions across the assistant, associate, and full professor ranks. Candidates will join a vibrant liberal‑arts environment, contributing to undergraduate education and the college’s strategic mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and assess undergraduate business courses.
• Engage students through interactive teaching methods, including simulation tools.
• Maintain rigorous grading standards and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic committees.
• Support the college’s vision of holistic student development.

Required profile

• Possession of, or imminent receipt of, a Ph.D. in a business‑related discipline (candidates with a master’s degree and relevant professional experience may be considered for instructor roles).
• Demonstrated experience teaching undergraduate courses within a liberal‑arts framework.
• Commitment to high‑quality teaching outcomes and student engagement.
• Eligibility to work in Kuwait (local residents only).

Required skills

• Proficiency in using business simulation software for classroom instruction.
