About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide day‑to‑day administrative and logistical support for a helicopter maintenance team in Kuwait. The position is contract‑based for 3–4 months and starts immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare certificates of attendance for team members.
- Manage gate‑pass applications and renewals.
- Track leave requests and absences.
- Provide general logistical and administrative assistance to a crew of 42 personnel.
Required profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Currently residing in Kuwait (preferred).
- Aviation background appreciated but not mandatory.
- Experience operating under strong operational constraints is beneficial.
