About the role
We are seeking a proactive Administrative Officer to join our team in Kuwait. The role supports daily administrative operations and provides essential assistance to the HR department, ensuring smooth office functioning and accurate payroll processing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and office supplies.
- Assist the HR team with employee onboarding, documentation, and record keeping.
- Process payroll components such as indemnities, leave salary calculations, and monthly payroll runs.
- Maintain accurate HR and administrative databases and generate regular reports.
- Coordinate internal communications and support scheduling of meetings and events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in administrative and HR support roles.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (bilingual).
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
