AI Developer – Python, OpenCV, YOLO, FastAPI

About the role

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to join our team in Hawally, Kuwait. The role focuses on building computer‑vision solutions and backend services for real‑time video processing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement backend APIs using FastAPI.
• Develop interactive front‑end interfaces with React.
• Integrate and manage PostgreSQL databases and MinIO (or compatible S3 storage).
• Containerize applications using Docker and Docker Compose.
• Process RTSP camera streams and fine‑tune YOLO models for detection tasks.
• Implement alert and notification mechanisms (email, Telegram, WhatsApp).

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Python, OpenCV, YOLO (v8 or similar), and TensorRT.
• Proven experience building APIs with FastAPI and front‑ends with React.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MinIO/S3, Docker, and Docker Compose.
• Local candidates based in Kuwait only.
