Elite Swim Team is seeking a highly creative, technology‑driven professional to lead AI‑powered marketing and content creation. You will turn ideas into engaging social media assets, automate workflows, and help grow the brand of one of the region’s leading sports programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and growth strategies.
• Create social media content that attracts swimmers and parents, including videos, reels, shorts, and promotional graphics.
• Produce high‑quality visual content using AI tools.
• Design AI‑powered marketing workflows and automation systems.
• Generate creative concepts, challenges, and trends to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with management to support program growth and brand positioning.
• Capture and edit content from training sessions, competitions, and events.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Strong experience with AI‑powered creative tools and content strategy.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, growth tactics, and marketing psychology.
• Ability to plan, execute, and optimise marketing funnels and customer journeys independently.
• Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and trend spotting.
