Air & Missile Defense Systems Integrator – Field Service Engineer (Kuwait)

About the role

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Air & Missile Defense Systems Integrator to join the Field Service Engineering team in Kuwait. The role focuses on integrating new C‑UAS capabilities into the Forward Area Air Defense Command, Control, and Intelligence (FAAD C2I) and the Base Operations Network (B‑NET) across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate hardware, software, and COTS solutions to provide situational awareness, early warning, and air‑space management.
• Manage data links for C4I systems and coordinate integration with the Joint Multi‑Tactical Data Link (TDL) Network.
• Initialize and integrate the Air and Missile Defense Planning Control System (AMDPCS).
• Perform start‑up testing, troubleshooting, and technical problem resolution.
• Conduct technical training and act as the field liaison with customers, government representatives, vendors, and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 8 years, or High School diploma with 14 years of relevant experience.
• Current and active Secret security clearance.
• Experience in software, hardware, IT, and networking.
