About the role
We are looking for a creative and technically capable Architect to develop architectural and interior design projects from initial concept through detailed design and project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts, space planning and detailed technical drawings.
- Produce 3D visualisations, renderings and material selections.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors and suppliers to ensure constructability, budgets and timelines.
Required profile
- Strong design sense combined with understanding of technical requirements and project management.
- Experience delivering projects from concept to completion.
Required skills
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max or equivalent 3D software
- Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona or equivalent rendering software
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator / InDesign (advantage)
- Microsoft Office
- BIM/Revit experience (highly preferred)
