Arabic-Speaking Telesales Representative (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Telesales Representative to join a diversified holding company in Kuwait. The role focuses on generating leads, engaging customers over the phone, and closing sales while delivering a high‑quality customer experience. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote the company’s products and services and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Process orders accurately and keep CRM records up to date.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Cross‑sell and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain daily activity reports and meet individual sales and call targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Preferably some experience in telesales, customer service, sales, lead generation or outbound calling.
