Arabic Test Lead - Lending Domain (Finacle)

About the role

An onsite Test Lead is sought for the lending domain, working directly at a client site in Kuwait City. The role requires fluent Arabic and English and deep hands-on knowledge of the Finacle core banking platform. You will lead the quality assurance strategy, drive test execution and manage stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define end-to-end testing strategies, create test plans and set up execution methodologies for lending modules in Finacle
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of QA engineers onsite, ensuring timely delivery
• Act as the primary technical QA contact for the client, run reviews, present status reports and manage UAT cycles
• Oversee test cases, execution and defect tracking for Retail and Corporate Lending, in line with local banking regulations
• Run daily triage meetings, track defects to closure in JIRA and work with developers to resolve critical issues

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Extensive QA experience in Corporate Lending, Retail Lending, Mortgages or Credit Risk
• Full-time onsite availability in Kuwait

• Hands-on test design and execution on the Finacle core banking platform
• Functional, regression, integration, migration and UAT testing
• JIRA for defect tracking
