Architecture & BIM Professionals – Multiple Roles in Kuwait City

About the role

We are hiring experienced professionals for several architecture and BIM‑related positions in Kuwait City. The roles include Design Architect – Studio Manager, Architectural Designer – BIM Modeler, Technical Architect (Working Drawings), MEP Coordinator – BIM, and Structural Designer. All positions are full‑time and focus on high‑end villa projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design direction and manage studio teams for luxury villa projects.
• Develop BIM models (LOD 200‑400) and ensure accurate coordination.
• Prepare complete construction documents, detailing, and IFC models.
• Coordinate MEP systems within a BIM environment, performing clash detection.
• Perform structural design for villa‑scale projects using ETABS and SAFE.

Required profile

• 10+ years experience for Design Architect role; 8+ years for Technical Architect and Structural Designer; 4‑8 years for BIM Modeler and MEP Coordinator.
• Strong leadership, client presentation, and coordination abilities.
• Proven experience with high‑end residential projects.
