Area Sales Manager – GCC Region

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead pharmaceutical sales across Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain. The role involves developing market strategies, managing key accounts, and coordinating product launches in close collaboration with marketing and medical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets across the three countries.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, key accounts, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Drive product launches, promotional activities, and brand initiatives together with marketing and medical teams.
• Ensure effective territory coverage, accurate sales forecasting, and demand planning.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market dynamics, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within the GCC region.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi‑country operations.
• Strong experience in distributor management and key account development.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the GCC region.
