Art Director – Agency Experience Across Corporate & Consumer Brands

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Art Director who can balance precision with creativity. The role involves leading design projects for both structured corporate clients such as banks and government agencies, as well as expressive consumer brands in food & beverage, telecom, retail, and lifestyle sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute visual solutions across digital, social, print, and outdoor media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design quality.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and account teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Mentor junior designers and uphold a culture of meticulous craftsmanship.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional agency experience.
• Proven track record with corporate (banking, finance, government) and consumer-facing brands.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a critical eye for design quality.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under moderate pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
