About the role

We are launching a premium bakery concept in Kuwait and need a skilled Artisan Baker & Viennoiserie Specialist to join our opening team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce high‑quality artisan breads, sourdough, croissants and French viennoiserie.
• Handle dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, shaping, lamination and baking while following standardized recipes.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout production.
• Monitor ingredient usage, production efficiency and waste, and support daily bakery operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional bakery experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourdough fermentation and artisan bread production.
• Proven experience in croissant production and dough lamination.
• Familiarity with French viennoiserie techniques and food safety standards.
