About the role

The Heart of House Specialist supports vital hotel functions by maintaining cleanliness across departments such as kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry. This role ensures guests enjoy spotless dining ware, fresh linen, and a safe, well‑maintained environment.

Key responsibilities

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish‑washing machines, hand‑wash stations, and linen washers/dryers.
Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel, handling items up to 50 lb without assistance.
Prepare clean linen and dining ware for guest use.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
Uphold quality standards, company policies, and professional appearance.

Required profile

Ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and stooping.
Commitment to creating a safe workplace and following all safety procedures.
Positive attitude toward teamwork and communication with other departments.
No specific education or prior experience required.
