- Oversee the instructor roster – sourcing, credential verification, onboarding, contracting, performance evaluation and renewal recommendations.
- Administer instructor and content‑author agreements, ensuring compliance with intellectual‑property terms and payment triggers.
- Run the quality‑assurance cycle – collect participant evaluations, conduct classroom observations, analyse pass‑rates and completion data, and propose improvements.
- Manage corporate and government client portfolios – proposal preparation, contracting support, onboarding, delivery coordination and post‑programme reporting.
- Act as escalation point for delivery incidents such as instructor absence, participant complaints or scheduling failures, and implement corrective actions.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in managing educational programme operations and delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to supervise multi‑disciplinary teams and act as deputy to senior management.
- Experience coordinating curriculum development with internal faculty and external experts.
- Strong client‑management skills, including handling proposals, contracts and post‑programme reporting.
