About the role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join a well‑known hotel brand in Kuwait. The role supports the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations across reception, reservations and guest relations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise reception, reservations and guest relations teams to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support staff training, scheduling and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hotel front office operations.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
Required skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems.
