Assistant Loss Prevention Manager

About the role

The Assistant Loss Prevention Manager supports the security team in safeguarding the property, guests, and assets. Working on-site in Kuwait City, the role combines routine patrols, emergency response, and guest assistance while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS as needed.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, coaching, and motivating security staff.
• Maintain professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and protect company assets.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with the ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, run, and lift objects up to 50 lb unaided (75 lb with assistance).
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with guests and employees.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
• Experience with key‑control audit procedures.
• Ability to use point‑of‑sale or computer systems for incident logging.
• First aid and CPR certification.
