Assistant Marketing Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel and Spa is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the Marketing team in creating compelling visual and digital experiences for guests and partners. The role blends creative design, media production, and strategic marketing within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh creative concepts and translate master ideas into design deliverables.
• Present finalized design concepts professionally and visually.
• Work across photography, graphic design, and web design to produce marketing assets.
• Adapt existing artwork to maintain consistent visual identity across campaigns.
• Update brochures and collateral in both English and Arabic.
• Source and produce photography and imagery for new concepts.
• Design menus and adapt designs to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing artwork archive and image library.
• Train marketing executives in basic graphic‑design skills.

Required profile

• Strong ability to develop effective presentations.
• Analytical mindset with quantitative and budget‑management experience.
• 3‑5 years of sales and marketing experience in the service industry.
• Technical understanding of photography, film and rich media.
• Experience in market planning, project management, basic accounting and negotiation.
• Proficiency in new‑media and digital marketing distribution.
