Associate Category Manager – Beauty

About the role

We are looking for a creative and analytical Associate Category Manager – Beauty to join our dynamic e‑commerce team. You will help build and grow an exciting beauty assortment, shaping how millions discover products online.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and manage the product assortment across skincare, makeup, fragrance and related categories.
• Negotiate deals and secure exclusive launches with brands and suppliers.
• Analyse sales data, trends and customer insights to optimise pricing, promotions and product performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and design teams to deliver compelling campaigns and seamless shopping experiences.
• Monitor global beauty trends and translate them into growth strategies for the category.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in category management, merchandising or e‑commerce (beauty experience a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creative thinking.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building and organisational abilities.
• Passion for beauty, consumer behaviour and digital retail.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
