About the role
Join our beauty revolution in e‑commerce as an Associate Category Manager – Beauty. You will shape how millions discover and purchase beauty products online, blending strategy, creativity, and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Curate and manage a winning product assortment across skincare, makeup, fragrance and more.
- Collaborate with brands and suppliers to negotiate deals and launch exclusive products.
- Analyze sales data, trends and customer insights to optimise pricing, promotions and product performance.
- Work closely with marketing, operations and design teams to deliver compelling campaigns and seamless shopping experiences.
- Stay ahead of global beauty trends and translate them into growth strategies for the category.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in category management, merchandising or e‑commerce (beauty experience a plus).
- Analytical mindset combined with creative flair.
- Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and organisational skills.
- Passion for beauty, consumer behaviour and digital retail.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
