Auto Mechanic for Precast Factory Operations

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Auto Mechanic to keep our factory vehicles and heavy equipment running smoothly. You will be responsible for maintaining loaders, forklifts, trailers and other transport assets essential to our precast production and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on trucks, forklifts, cranes, loaders and related machinery.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and diesel engine systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and report maintenance activities promptly.
• Conduct safety checks to ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Coordinate with the operations team to minimise equipment downtime.
• Identify parts for replacement and assist with inventory control.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns within the factory premises.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI in Auto Mechanics / Diesel Mechanics or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic, preferably in construction, precast or heavy‑industry environments.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics and heavy‑machinery maintenance.
• Ability to read technical manuals and operate diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with preventive‑maintenance systems.
• Candidates must be based in Kuwait and hold a transferable visa.
