Automotive Workshop Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, independent Workshop Manager to run and manage our automobile workshop in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with sharp leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily workshop activities, ensuring maximum productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor and allocate tasks to mechanics, technicians and support staff.
• Inspect diagnostics, repairs and maintenance work to meet high‑quality and safety standards.
• Interact with clients, diagnose vehicle issues, provide accurate repair estimates and handle feedback professionally.
• Manage spare‑parts inventory, source components and coordinate with local suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, team performance, invoices and workshop expenses.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an automotive workshop, with 3‑5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical knowledge of diverse vehicle makes and models.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Possess a transferable visa (Article 18) and a Kuwait driving licence.
