Pharmacy Medical Representative – Kuwait City

About the role

United Pharma is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Medical Representative to join its sales team in Kuwait City. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will promote the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, building lasting relationships and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Present and detail United Pharma’s products to pharmacists and healthcare providers.
• Develop and execute a territory coverage plan, scheduling regular customer visits.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize performance of the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and gather customer feedback.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales and activity reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on medical and pharmaceutical developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the pharmacy sector and the Kuwait pharmaceutical market.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets under pressure.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
