About the role
The Back Office Designer will join Graviton Interiors in Hawally, Kuwait, working full‑time to support the company’s internal design operations. This position focuses on creating, updating and managing design assets that are used across various back‑office functions, ensuring visual consistency and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and update design materials for internal use, such as templates, presentations and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and ensure design solutions meet business needs.
- Maintain organized design files, version control and documentation for easy access by team members.
- Assist in preparing visual content for internal communications and reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a design‑related field or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of relevant design experience, preferably in a corporate or back‑office environment.
