Beauty Advisor

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor for KIKO Milano in Kuwait, you will create memorable customer experiences by sharing your beauty expertise and helping shoppers discover products that make them feel their best. You will bring energy, creativity and a passion for beauty to every interaction while contributing to the store’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, positive shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable makeup, skincare and KIKO Milano products.
• Demonstrate products, introduce new looks and techniques, and promote launches, collections and promotions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
• Maintain high standards across the sales floor, displays and testers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent store experience.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty, makeup and skincare.
• Previous experience in beauty or retail (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident, positive and sales‑driven personality.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Good product knowledge and interest in beauty trends.
• Team player with a professional appearance.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
