BI & ETL Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BI & ETL Developer to design, build and maintain our data warehouse solutions. You will work closely with business and IT teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and high‑quality reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop dimensional and normalized data models (star/snowflake) to support enterprise analytics.
• Implement and maintain DWH layers (staging, core, presentation/marts) and enforce data standards.
• Build, schedule and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and SSIS to ingest data from ERP systems, flat files and APIs.
• Implement automated data‑quality checks, perform root‑cause analysis and document data lineage.
• Support data‑governance initiatives, including certified datasets and KPI alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in ETL/ELT development and data‑warehouse design.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in performance tuning and query optimisation.
• Proven ability to design dimensional models and integrate ERP data (e.g., Oracle JDE).
• Excellent documentation skills and familiarity with data‑quality frameworks.
