Branch Manager – Preschool Operations

About the role

BeCurious is a premium Finnish‑method preschool operating three branches in Kuwait. The Branch Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of one of these locations, ensuring that every session, teacher and family experience meets the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch from opening to closing, ensuring sessions run on time and SOPs are followed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and fully prepared learning environment ready for inspections.
• Lead and develop the teaching and support staff, conduct briefings, provide coaching and hold staff accountable to performance standards.
• Monitor classroom delivery, conduct observations, verify lesson plans and child observation records.
• Deliver a consistent, high‑quality parent experience, address concerns promptly and support tours and enrollment in coordination with Admissions.
• Support branch enrollment targets, manage tour readiness and follow‑up with prospective families.
• Control inventory and supplies, coordinating with the Purchasing Manager to ensure materials are available.
• Report daily and weekly updates to the Director of Operations and maintain accurate attendance, incident and staff records.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage the full operational cycle of an educational centre.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills, with experience coaching teachers.
• Excellent attention to detail and strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with parents, staff and senior management.
