About the role
The Building Paint Salesperson and Color Mixing Technician works full‑time on‑site in Shuwaikh, advising customers on paint products, preparing custom colour formulas and ensuring accurate tinting for each order.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate building paints, coatings, colours and finishes for their projects.
- Operate colour‑mixing machines, follow formulas and produce consistent custom tints.
- Maintain product displays, monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement.
- Document sales, issue invoices and provide after‑sales support.
Required profile
- Experience in retail or wholesale sales of building materials or paints.
- Practical knowledge of paint types, surface preparation and application methods.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle moderate physical tasks.
- Effective communication in Arabic; English is a plus.
