About the role

As a Business Associate you will work directly with business owners and decision‑makers to understand their HR challenges and present Warah’s modern HR platform as a solution that simplifies attendance, payroll, leave management and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential business clients.
• Understand customer needs and business challenges.
• Demonstrate Warah’s platform to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Achieve monthly business development goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, confident and self‑motivated.
• Passion for technology and business.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
