Operation and Sales Officer

About the role

Mowjaz AI, an Arabic-first AI platform based in Kuwait, is hiring an Operation and Sales Officer for a part-time or full-time remote role based in Al Asimah. The post covers day-to-day sales operations: managing pipelines, monitoring performance metrics and supporting channel sales to grow platform adoption and revenue. It also handles customer inquiries, coordinates with internal teams to resolve issues, keeps CRM and reporting records accurate, and helps onboard new business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, follow up with prospects and support account management
• Support sales campaigns and promotions
• Keep RFQs moving, manage quotations and supplier follow-up
• Assist with onboarding new business clients and improve operational processes
• Give feedback to product and marketing teams to improve the customer experience

Required profile

• Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supplier coordination, sales or commercial operations
• Professional communication in Arabic and English, confident with business customers and service providers
• Strong organisation and reliable follow-through
• Comfort using spreadsheets and CRM tools
• Availability for agreed working hours during Kuwait's business day
• An existing network among Kuwaiti businesses or service providers is an advantage

Required skills

• Working knowledge of RFQs, quotation comparison and supplier follow-up
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini and Mowjaz AI tools
• Spreadsheets and CRM tools
