Business Developer

About the role
Astroshot, a creative agency specialized in VFX, CGI and social media management, is looking for a full‑time Business Developer to join its Kuwait office. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting market research and building lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business prospects through lead generation and market analysis.
- Engage potential clients via cold outreach (DMs, calls, in‑person meetings) and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to develop proposals that meet client needs.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Track sales pipeline and report on performance metrics.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an agency, media or marketing environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record of closing deals.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and customer‑service oriented.
