About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Sales BDE) to join our team in Kuwait. The role focuses on generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales conversions.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers and manage relationships.
  • Conduct cold calls and generate new leads.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information.
  • Close admissions and convert sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and prepare reports.

Required profile

  • Experience in sales or customer service, preferably at least 1 year in tele‑sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Available to join immediately.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Basic salary of KWD 250‑290.
    • Incentives and commission based on performance.
    • Full‑time permanent contract.
    • Working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
