About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Sales BDE) to join our team in Kuwait. The role focuses on generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales conversions.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with customers and manage relationships.
- Conduct cold calls and generate new leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information.
- Close admissions and convert sales.
- Maintain accurate customer data and prepare reports.
Required profile
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably at least 1 year in tele‑sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Available to join immediately.
Required skills
What we offer
- Basic salary of KWD 250‑290.
- Incentives and commission based on performance.
- Full‑time permanent contract.
- Working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
