Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the growth of our CCTV and security solutions portfolio by managing key accounts, driving sales teams, and expanding market share across system integrators and large installers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key CCTV customers, including system integrators, big installers and end‑clients.
• Lead the local sales team of system integrators to achieve annual revenue and gross‑margin targets.
• Identify, track and close opportunities from initial contact through to contract signing.
• Act as the primary technical liaison during the design phase, supporting system integration and large‑scale installations.
• Collect customer feedback to influence new product development.
• Increase market share by securing additional projects within existing accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans to meet revenue goals and strengthen corporate relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the security and CCTV market.
• Established network with system integrators and a solid presence in the end‑user ecosystem.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a time‑sensitive environment.
• Excellent public‑speaking, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
