Loss Prevention Manager

About the role

The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for safeguarding the company's assets, properties, employees and operations by identifying risks, preventing losses and investigating incidents across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement loss prevention and asset protection procedures across the group.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks related to theft, fraud, misuse of assets, property damage and unauthorized access.
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, misconduct, security breaches and other incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Perform regular inspections, loss prevention audits and monitor CCTV, access control, alarm and key control systems.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, HR, Legal, Finance, Operations and Facilities Management on loss prevention matters.
• Support inventory and asset‑control activities, investigating significant shortages or discrepancies.
• Manage security personnel and third‑party security service providers, ensuring compliance with standards and contracts.
• Develop incident response, emergency procedures and conduct security awareness training for employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Risk Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in loss prevention, security, investigations or asset protection.
• Experience in multi‑site operations such as holding companies, real estate, retail or facilities management is preferred.
• Proven track record of conducting investigations and preparing professional reports.
• Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
