About the role
The Business Development & Marketing Executive will lead growth initiatives for Molden Technical & Consulting Projects Co's HVAC and MEP services across Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on expanding the client base, promoting the company's technical solutions, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business development and marketing activities for HVAC and MEP testing, commissioning, and balancing services.
- Identify and engage potential customers in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and presentations.
Required profile
- At least 4 years of experience in the HVAC & MEP industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM software.
