About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Professional to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key clients, and contribute to revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, and collaboration with sales and commercial teams to shape business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑qualify new manufacturers with clients and conduct market analysis to uncover opportunities.
• Research and generate leads through networking, market studies, and prospecting activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners.
• Create tailored sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to showcase products and services.
• Achieve targets for new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales and Commercial Operations, to design business initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and development activities.
• Participate in regular business development meetings and team‑building events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication in all forms.
