Business Intelligence Analyst – Data & Dashboard Specialist

About the role

Boutiqaat is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who can turn raw data into actionable business insights. You will work with data from ERP, CRM, finance, e‑commerce and operational systems to build visual stories that drive decision‑making across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, validate and structure data from multiple source systems.
• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI reports.
• Translate complex datasets into clear visual narratives and business recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations, IT and leadership to solve business challenges.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes and improve data accessibility.
• Stay current with BI trends, visualization best practices and emerging analytics tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting or data analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and curious.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Power BI (including DAX, Power Query and data modelling)
• SQL (advanced queries, joins, transformations)
• Tableau or similar BI platforms
• Excel for data analysis and visualization
• Python or R (optional but preferred)
• ETL processes, data warehousing concepts
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
