Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Boutiqaat is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who can turn raw data into actionable business insights. You will work with data from ERP, CRM, finance, e‑commerce and operational systems to create visual stories that drive decision‑making across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, validate and structure data from multiple source systems.
• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI reports aligned with brand standards.
• Translate complex datasets into clear visual narratives and business recommendations.
• Identify trends, gaps and performance opportunities across sales, operations, purchasing and marketing.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Operations, IT and leadership to support executive reporting and strategic reviews.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes and improve data accessibility.
• Stay current with BI trends, visualization best practices and emerging analytics tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting or data analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex findings for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL (queries, joins, transformations).
• Power BI expertise including DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms.
• Proficient Excel for data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with Python or R.
• Understanding of ETL workflows, data warehousing and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
