Business Manager – Interventional Therapies

About the role
Medtronic is seeking a results‑driven Business Manager to lead the growth and performance of its Interventional Therapies portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for revenue expansion, commercial excellence, and market development across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets and expanding market share for the Interventional Therapies portfolio.
- Setting, monitoring and delivering annual, quarterly and monthly sales objectives with disciplined execution.
- Leading sales forecasting, demand planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Managing distributor performance through objective setting, business reviews and corrective action plans.
- Developing and executing pricing, commercial and go‑to‑market strategies aligned with business goals.
- Building strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, customers, healthcare institutions and other stakeholders.
- Identifying market opportunities and launching strategic growth initiatives.
- Coaching and developing a high‑performing commercial team while fostering a culture of accountability.
- Collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, regulatory and clinical teams.
- Providing regular business updates, revenue reports and performance reviews to regional leadership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Strong experience with distributor‑led business models, commercial strategy, forecasting and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, matrix organization.
