Cable Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Cable Sales Manager to lead the sales of low‑voltage (LV) and medium‑voltage (MV) cable systems for construction projects across Kuwait. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from specification to delivery, building strong relationships with construction firms, engineering consultants and main contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with construction companies, main contractors, MEP subcontractors and engineering consultants throughout Kuwait.
• Identify early‑stage project opportunities, attend site visits and client meetings, and secure cable specifications during design and tender phases.
• Lead a team of sales engineers and executives, set targets, conduct performance reviews and report to the Managing Director.
• Design and execute sales strategies to increase market share of LV & MV cable portfolio.
• Monitor LME copper and aluminium price movements, adjust pricing, and track competitor activity and market trends.
• Analyse sales data, margins and cost structures to optimise profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of cable sales experience in Kuwait, focusing on LV and MV cables for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Established relationships with major construction companies, MEP contractors, EPC firms and engineering consultants operating in Kuwait.
• Ability to read and interpret single‑line diagrams, cable schedules and consultant specifications.
• Strong commercial acumen in tender preparation, negotiation and order closure.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English, valid Kuwait driving licence and residency visa.
