About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Arabic‑speaking female Call Center Executive to join our fast‑paced customer service team in Hawally, Kuwait. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of customer calls in Arabic.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the call‑center system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Required profile
- Female candidate fluent in Arabic.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Empathetic approach to customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
