Captain & Waiter Needed for South Indian Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join a well‑known South Indian restaurant in Salmiya, Kuwait. The establishment needs a Restaurant Captain to lead the floor team and a Waiter to provide attentive service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee dining area operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage order timing and quality.
• Train, mentor and schedule junior wait staff.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the dining area.

Required profile

• Captain: minimum 5 years of experience in an Indian restaurant setting.
• Waiter: minimum 2 years of experience in an Indian restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and service etiquette.
• Ability to work full‑time and start immediately.

Required skills

• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Team leadership (for Captain role).
• Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently.
