About the role
A reputable South Indian restaurant in Salmiya is seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join its team immediately. Two positions are open: a Captain with extensive leadership experience and a Waiter with solid service background.
Key responsibilities
- Captain: Oversee floor operations, coordinate staff, ensure service standards, and handle guest relations.
- Waiter: Take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain table cleanliness, and provide courteous service.
Required profile
- Captain: Minimum 5 years of experience in an Indian restaurant environment.
- Waiter: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Indian restaurant setting.
- Immediate availability and ability to work full‑time on‑site.
