Carpenter Foreman – Refinery & Petrochemical Projects

About the role
The company is a leading Korean engineering and construction firm operating on major refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas and power plant projects in Kuwait. They are seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead on‑site carpentry activities across these high‑value projects.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all carpentry work on refinery, petrochemical and oil & gas construction sites.
- Ensure work complies with project specifications, safety standards and schedule requirements.
- Manage a team of carpenters, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with site engineers, subcontractors and procurement to secure materials and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain daily reports, attendance records and quality control documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma or ITI qualification in carpentry or a related trade.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman on refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas or similar large‑scale construction projects.
- Prior Gulf region experience, preferably with Korean contractors, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
