Channel Sales Executive (IT Products)

About the role

Hikvision is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Executive to grow its IT product portfolio in Kuwait. You will act as the primary liaison between Hikvision and its channel partners, driving sales of networking and storage solutions while expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop new IT channel partners, including retailers, wholesalers, and system integrators.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets; manage forecasting and pipeline development.
• Promote and sell Hikvision network products such as switches, wireless access points, routers, commercial monitors, UPS solutions, and storage devices.
• Conduct regular partner visits, business reviews, product trainings and sales enablement activities.
• Gather market intelligence, analyze competitor strategies and provide recommendations for business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT channel sales, preferably within the Kuwait market.
• Strong ability to work in complex networking environments and support technical troubleshooting.

Required skills

• Network product configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of switches, wireless access points and routers.
• Familiarity with UPS solutions, commercial monitors and storage products (SSD, RAM, memory cards, portable storage).
