About the role

IMOU is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to drive the growth of its smart home and security product portfolio across regional distributors, master dealers and resellers. The role will focus on developing new channel partners, managing existing relationships and executing sales plans to meet strategic and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Create and implement commercial strategies, including product positioning, MSRP policy and channel policies.
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new regional distributors, master dealers and resellers in the CCTV/IT channel.
  • Manage existing partners, overseeing sell‑in/sell‑out performance, inventory and order data.
  • Coordinate product training programs for distributors, dealers and installers.
  • Explore and develop new sales channels such as retail, electronics and mobile outlets.
  • Plan and execute channel marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
  • Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence and develop counter‑strategies.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum.
  • At least 2 years of experience in CCTV industrial channel sales, preferably with experience in CCTV distribution or manufacturing.
  • Strong market insight, planning and sales data analysis abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
