Chef de Partie – Grill & Beef (Steakhouse)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a reputable restaurant group in Kuwait. The role focuses on managing the grill station and preparing premium beef, including Wagyu, for a high‑end steakhouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the grill section and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook premium beef, steaks, and other grilled items.
• Handle beef cutting, trimming, chopping, and portioning.
• Maintain correct steak temperatures and cooking standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Uphold high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the Sous Chef and kitchen team during service.
• Maintain efficient grill operations during busy periods.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in reputable restaurants, preferably in a fine‑dining or premium setting.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie – Grill/Beef/Steakhouse.
• Strong knowledge of premium beef cuts, Wagyu, and steak preparation.
• Understanding of luxury dining standards and high‑end guest expectations.
