Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the role

The Chief Technology Officer will lead Top Group Holding’s technology vision across its real estate, home‑furnishings, fashion and lifestyle divisions. Based in Farwaniya, this full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals and delivering secure, scalable solutions that enhance both customer and employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall technology strategy and architecture for the group.
• Oversee software and product development, ensuring solutions are customer‑focused and scalable.
• Manage IT operations, cybersecurity, data governance and system scalability.
• Prioritise and lead cross‑functional technology projects from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders to translate needs into technology solutions.
• Build, mentor and grow diverse technology teams, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in technology roles, preferably as CTO or equivalent, within multi‑business or retail environments.
• Strong background in software and product development with a track record of delivering scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Experience building and leading diverse technology teams.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy and IT governance best practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
