Civil Engineer – Estimation & Site Supervision (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs and supervising civil construction activities on‑site, ensuring that all works meet design specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review drawings and project specifications.
• Supervise civil construction activities at the site.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of works.
• Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Monitor project progress and report site updates.
• Support procurement and material approval processes.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and rate analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 5‑8 years of experience in estimation and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Experience in project execution and tendering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
