Key responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering solutions for infrastructure projects, including structural analysis, feasibility studies, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and assessments to evaluate project conditions and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Kuwait.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, reports, and documentation using CAD software and other industry‑standard tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Analyze project data and perform engineering calculations to support design decisions and optimise outcomes.
• Supervise construction activities and monitor quality assurance to meet industry standards and specifications.
• Identify and resolve engineering challenges through creative problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
• Stay current with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse team environments.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and standards applicable in Kuwait.
